• Play a key role in the execution of consulting projects for financial institutions and corporate clients looking for investment opportunities
• Complete primary and secondary research under the guidance of a team leader
• Contribute ideas in research methodology and be resourceful
• Work with high efficiency and ownership
• Learn from peers in a team-based structure, refreshed for each project
• Summarize research findings and draft deliverables under the guidance of a consulting manager
• Participate in client calls and meetings, and deliver research findings
• Prepare consulting project proposals

• Four-year university degree from a top university, both undergraduate and postgraduate, any major
• Fresh graduate or entry-level candidates with work experience no longer than 3 years
• Eagerness to learn about business and finance
• Interested in investment research and analysis
• Intellectual curiosity and an aptitude for critical thinking
• Basic business sense, data sensitive, and strong analytical skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Willing to take on challenges under pressure, self-motivated
• Teamwork ability and good interpersonal skills
• Diligent and high sense of leadership
• Proficient in Microsoft Office esp. Excel, PowerPoint
